Sheriff Jacob Sheriff took issue with the Mayor and Board of Aldermen's decision to issue warnings and citations to owners of cars that are parked on the streets in residential areas.
A resident on Monroe Street, Sheriff said that other than on the street, there is no place for many residents to park.
