Billy Louis Rogers, Sr., 81, of Cabot, passed away Sunday, August 16, 2020. He was born September 18, 1938 in Yazoo City, Mississippi to the late Woodrow Wilson and Mary Eva (Sanders) Rogers. Billy enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family.
