Recently, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) announced the appointment of 11 new members to serve on the American Egg Board, including Jessica Hanslik of Cal-Maine Foods, Inc., located in Ridgeland, Miss. The American Egg Board’s goal is to maintain and expand domestic and foreign markets and uses for eggs and egg products.
