The Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks (MDWFP) celebrated the grand re-opening of Roosevelt State Park in Morton, Mississippi, with a special event on September 5, 2025. The day began with a morning social at the Alfreda Harris Lodge, followed by a special program and tours of the newly renovated cabins and campground.
