Robert D. Ehrhardt, Jr., 75, passed away on April 11, 2026. He was born to Robert “Bob” Ehrhardt, Sr. and Catherine Ehrhardt (Burdette) of Vicksburg, MS.
Robert attended St. Aloysius and Cooper High School in Vicksburg, Mississippi and Marion Military Institute in Marion, Alabama. He later earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern Mississippi.
He dedicated nearly 40 years of his career to Ergon Inc. and made his home in Clinton, Mississippi, where he raised his family. Robert was an avid hunter and fisherman who deeply enjoyed spending time outdoors.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Bobbie Ehrhardt (Rice); his children Robert Donald Ehrhardt, III (Emily) and Mary Clare Hemleben (John); his brother, Kemper Ehrhardt; and his grandchildren, Aubrey, J.P., and Elizabeth. He is also survived by six nieces.
Visitation will be held Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., with a memorial service immediately following at Bentonia Baptist Church in Bentonia, Mississippi.
