Paul Levell Speaks
Paul Levell Speaks, 71, died Oct. 9, 2018 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland.
Funeral services are Wednesday Oct. 10 at 2 p.m. at Glenwood Cemetery with Rev. Ken Lynch and Rev. Richard Jennings officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Stricklin-King Funeral Home.
Mr. Speaks was born Dec. 19, 1946 in Benton to Willie Levell Speaks and Sadie Erline Parkerson Speaks. He was a supervisors of communications for Mississippi Chemical Corporation and a member of Parkview Church of God.
Survivors include his wife, Maureen M. Speaks of Yazoo City; two daughters, Tracey Lynne Speaks of Flora and Kimberly H. Alias of Yazoo City; two grandchildren, Brooke Harris of Cleveland and Taz Alias of Brandon; son-in-law, Eddie Alias Jr. and brothers-in-law, Walter S. Miller (Mary) of Jackson and Bill Miller (Nora) of Columbus.
Serving as pallbearers are Brad Moss, Wiley Saxton, Tommy Coleman, Kent Montgomery, Bob Barrington and Benton Hayman.
