Mary S. Appleton, 91, of Tinsley, passed away at her residence on Tuesday April 12, 2022. A hairdresser, she was a member of Tinsley Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Carla (Frankie) Burton of Bentonia; son, Charles E. (Billie) Appleton of Tinsley; granddaughters, Brook (Glenn) Clark of Bentonia, and Shannon (Don) Boyce of Flora; grandsons, Trey (Candace) Burton of Flora, Charles Wesley (Dana) Appleton of Vicksburg and William (Jamie) Appleton of Tinsley; and great grandchildren, Hadley (Kirk) McGehee, Zac Clark, Rouse Boyce, Zeb Burton, Charles Mark Appleton, Mathew Appleton, Shelton Appleton, Hunter Appleton, Bryant Appleton, Emmy Appleton, William Appleton, Jr., and Lila Appleton.
There will be a private family burial under the direction of Stricklin King Funeral Home.
Her great grandsons are serving as pallbearers, including Zac Clark, Rouse Boyce, Charles Mark Appleton, Mathew Appleton,Shelton Appleton, Hunter Appleton, Bryant Appleton,and William Appleton, Jr.
