Marlin E. "Bay" George, 61 of Yazoo City, passed away suddenly on Sunday February 6, 2022 at the Mississippi Baptist Memorial Medical Center - Yazoo. A small engine repairman at Motor Parts Company, he was a member of First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Alice Busbea George; daughters, Stephanie Jones of Flora and Alicia Gibson of Kosciusko; and brothers, Michael George of Yazoo City and John S. George of Whiterock, NM .
Bay was preceded in death by his parents, Marlin and Nelson Stevens George; and a brother, Thomas George.
Services will be conducted under the direction of Stricklin King Funeral Home on Thursday, February 10 at First United Methodist Church with visitation starting at 9:30 A.M. until the 11:00 service with Rev. Lauren Porter officiating. Internment will follow in Glenwood Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers are Joseph Jones, Jacob Gibson, Michael George Jr., Jake Weldon, Ken Smith, Ryan Gibson, and Jeff Jones.
