Lucy Ann Perry Davis, 72, of Benton, passed away on March 20,2024 at her residence. Lucy was born June 13, 1951in Lexington, MS. She was a retired cafeteria manager with the Yazoo City Public School System for 34 and ½ years.
Lucy was preceded in death by her parents, Earnest Perry and Rosa Vay Perry Cook; and sister, Camie Harrison.
Survivors include sister, Linda Pugh of Yazoo City; and brother, Earnest D. Perry Jr.(Janet) of Old Fort, NC.; husband, William M. Davis; children, Brian (Jennifer) of Brandon, MS, Jennifer (Ben) of Biloxi, MS, and Mark of Benton, MS; and grandchildren, Abbie, Izzie, Matthew, Sophia, and Luke.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 29, at 9:30 a.m. at the Stricklin King Funeral Home chapel followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m. at the chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St.Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
