Frances Reed Dixon, 91, of the Scotland community went to be with her Lord and Savior while surrounded by her children on March 30, 2024. Frances and her late husband, James Perry Dixon, resided in Scotland for 55 years, and were pillars within their community. Frances’s life was dedicated to the service of Lord and others.
