John Kenneth Rankin Jr. was born on July 18, 1944 in Brockport, New York and died on August 15, 2024. He grew up in Rochester, New York with his family and entered the U.S. Air Force in 1964 serving four years in the military. John moved to Mississippi in 1968, where he lived until his death.
