Police continue to pursue leads in the murder of DeAngelo Brown, whose body was discovered in a local movie theater parking lot last weekend.
Police Chief Jeff Curtis said no arrests have been made as of press time.
“We are still working on all the leads we can,” he said, Thursday afternoon. “We are in the interview process.”
Brown, 24, was pronounced dead on the scene at the Twin Plaza Cinema parking lot from a single gunshot wound early last Saturday morning. The case is being investigated as a homicide.
Funeral services for Brown will be held today, Feb. 13, at St. Matthew Church of God in Christ at 2 p.m.
