Officers caught a burglar red-handed after he broke into a local restaurant last week.
DeAndre Thompson was charged with commercial burglary after an alarm at Subway notified officers.
“Once officers arrived, they saw DeAndre Thompson inside the building without permission,” said Capt. Tilmon Clifton. “He had gained entry through the drive-thru window.”
Thompson was immediately arrested by officers at the scene.
Thompson’s bond was set at $10,000, and he was bound over to the Grand Jury.
