Deputies continue to search for a Yazoo County man they believe is hiding out in the Jackson area in connection with a house burglary on Old Benton Road.
Investigator Terry Gann, with the Yazoo County Sheriff’s Department, said Timothy Turner remains at large after he allegedly burglarized a residence at 1700 Old Benton Rd.
Turner, 44, is a white male whose last known address was 1033 Freeman Lane.
“Several items were taken from the home including a push mower, a white four wheeler, an ice chest full of deer meat, a step ladder and power tools,” Gann said. “All the items were stolen from the garage and gazebo outside.”
Gann said his department has dealt with Turner “on a regular basis.”
“We have had him on several petit larceny cases with items under $1,000 being stolen,” Gann added.
