Manchester Academy is riding a 10-game winning streak after sweeping a three-game series with Carroll Academy.
The Mavericks defeated the Rebels 6-1 on the road before sweeping a double header at home by scores of 5-0 and 14-6 on Thursday.

The Mavericks were down 1-0 in the third inning when Wrigley Richardson drove in a run after hitting into a fielder’s choice to tie the game.
Joseph Beidleman then hit a home run over center field that drove in two runs for a 3-1 lead.
Richardson earned the win for MA, striking out eight batters and walking none while giving up eight hits and one run over seven innings.
Craig Paul had two hits and an RBI to help lead the team at the plate. Pierce Jones had a hit and an RBI. Jake Louis Paul and Reeves Gooch also each had a hit.
Manchester Academy 5, Carroll Academy 0
Joseph Beidleman and Epperson Kelly shared time on the mound in a shutout for the opening game of a double header at home.
Beidleman earned the win, with Kelly pitching an inning of relief.
The pair was also strong at the plate with Kelly having two hits and an RBI and Beidleman having a hit and an RBI.
Wrigley Richardson, Adam Edgar and Pierce Jones each had a hit.
Manchester Academy 14, Carroll Academy 6
Pierce Jones went 3-for-4 with three RBI to lead the Mavericks to victory in game two of the double header. Jones hit singles in the first, fifth and sixth innings.
Epperson Kelly earned the win. He also had three hits and two RBI for another strong day at the plate.
Wrigley Richardson had three hits and an RBI.
Adam Edgar had a hit and an RBI. Anthony Ingram, Jake Paul and Joseph Beidleman each had a hit.
