Youth baseball and softball seasons are returning to Yazoo, and registration is currently underway to organize the upcoming teams.
Yazoo baseball registration will be held until Feb. 28, and information can be entered at www.yazoosports.com. Organizers said that after Feb. 28, there will be a $100 late registration fee added to all participants.
Baseball division and registration prices include:
• Ages 3-4, Jr. T-Ball, coed $50
• Ages 5-6, Soft Toss, coed $65
• Ages 7-8, Coach Pitch, Boys $85
• Ages 9-10, Minor, Boys $90
• Ages 11-12, Major, Boys $90
Yazoo softball registration will be held until Feb. 15, and information can also be entered at the league’s new website at www.yazoosports.com. In-person registration will also be held on Feb. 12 from 9 a.m. until noon at the Yazoo City Parks and Recreation Commission office.
Softball division and registration prices include:

* Ages 7-8, Coach Pitch, $85
