Lintonia Garden Club met for the first time since the Pandemic started. The club met at the home of Michele Harris on Thursday, September 16, 2021. The club now has new officers and are making plans for the future year of the club. Members welcomed their newest member, Brenda Koestler.
The program was given by Green Oak Nursery, out of Jackson, who presented Interior PlantScape Design, exterior plants/ fertilizer applications and Crepe Myrtle fungus control. The plants that were used during the demonstrations, plus others that were shared outside, were for sale after the meeting. A few took advantage of the sale and got some very beautiful plants.
The Open House for Green Oak Nursery will be Sunday, November 7, 2021.
Refreshments were served by the hostess, Michele Harris, Robbie Montgomery, and Lyndall Moore.
