Jason Nicholas “Nick” Windham, 23, of Silver City, passed away on October 16, 2025. Born on April 29, 2002, Nick brought light, laughter, and love to everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
Nick was known for his kind heart, strong spirit, and the way he could make anyone feel seen and cared for. He had a special gift for lifting others up, even when life felt heavy. Whether he was spending time with family and friends, working hard, or simply enjoying life’s little moments, Nick lived with honesty, laughter, and heart.
He loved deeply and laughed often. Those who knew him will always remember his loyalty, his strength, and the way he showed up for the people he loved most.
Nick is survived by his fiance, Madison Brook Holland of Cleveland, MS; his father, Jason Wayne "Jamie" Windham of St Francisville, LA; his mother, Gail Uthoff of Vicksburg, MS; his sisters, Loren Aleva Windham of Kingsport, TN, Chrissy Breann Uthoff and Reagan Leigh Uthoff both of Brandon, MS, and Abigail Faith Manseill of Vicksburg, MS; his grandfather, Danny Manseill (Lori) of Silver City, MS; his grandmother, Brenda Manseill of Isola, MS; his uncle, Cody Manseill (Skye) of Silver City, MS as well as many relatives and friends who will forever hold him close in their hearts. He was preceded in death by loved ones who surely welcomed him home with open arms.
He was his Mamaw’s boy and brought so much joy to everyone around him. Even though he’s gone, Nick would want everyone to keep smiling, to cherish the small moments, and to never take a single day for granted.
Nick’s memory will live on through the stories, laughter, and love he left behind. Though his time here was far too short, his impact will never fade, and his spirit will remain in the hearts of all who knew him.
