Philip R. Smith, 70, of Vaughan passed away Wednesday October 10, 2018.
A graduate of Bentonia High School, he attended Holmes Community College. He was formerly employed by Mississippi Chemical Corporation and retired as a permit officer with The Mississippi Department of Transportation.
