Jo Ann Turner Wilburn, 83, died July 8, 2015 at North Sunflower Medical Center.
Jo Ann was born on April 7, 1932 in Yazoo City. She was the oldest daughter of Stella Smith Turner and Ross Macon Turner. She is preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, William Wyche Wilburn, and her parents.
