The suspect Yazoo County deputies are searching for is described as a black male with shoulder length hair wearing red shorts.
He was last seen carrying a white tshirt in his hands and did not appear to be wearing shoes.
The suspect, whose identity hasn’t been confirmed, may be armed.
Investigators continue to search for the man believed to have helped a murder suspect flee from the scene of a crime in Vicksburg.
Summer McGee, 20, of Yazoo County is charged with the murder of 37-year-old Moses Lockett. Vicksburg police investigators believe McGee shot Luckett in the head Friday afternoon.
A male suspect was seen driving McGee away from the scene of the crime. The truck they were reported to have been traveling in was later stopped by the Yazoo County Sheriff’s Department on Miss. Highway 3 near Eagle Bend Road.
McGee was taken into custody, but the male suspect fled the scene on foot and escaped into the woods. Deputies have been searching for the man, but have not yet found him.
