The FitBeat Series is coming back to GRAMMY Museum® Mississippi featuring four months of free health-focused programming for the Cleveland, Miss., community. Sponsored by Balance Fitness Studio, Bolivar Medical Center Foundation and Mississippi Arts Commission, the series will feature a variety of classes to inspire healthy habits and living in an effort to increase access to health resources within the Cleveland, Miss., community. The FitBeat Series at GRAMMY Museum Mississippi is presented in partnership with fitness instructors from Balance Fitness Studio. Additional support is provided by Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Needle Specialty Products, Regions, Robinson Electric and SouthGroup Insurance.

The 2025 series will feature a variety of exercise classes, including Tabata, yoga, Zumba, Powermusic, Peaceful Mat, Hairband and other types of activities intended for all ages and levels of fitness. After each program, participants will be provided with a healthy snack and free admission to the Mississippi Museum for the day. All classes are also free admission.
The FitBeat Series will kick off on March 22, 2025, with scheduled events running through June 21. A complete list of confirmed events and dates is below. Each program will be held on Saturday at 9 a.m.

Workout classes and programs will take place on the porch or in the lobby of GRAMMY Museum Mississippi. Participants do not have to sign up or purchase tickets to attend.
