Three catalytic converters were stolen from vehicles recently purchased by Yazoo County at one of the county’s rural work barns.
Terry Gann, chief deputy with the Yazoo County Sheriff’s Department, said the theft occurred at a county barn behind Tri-Community Volunteer Fire Department in the Mechanicsburg’s area.
