Betty Jean Steed, 85, of Louise, passed away on Jan. 14, 2025 at Baptist Medical-Yazoo.
She was a member of Louise Baptist Church and was a former emergency room technician at Kings Daughters Hospital.
Services will be held on Jan 16 at 11 a.m. at the Stricklin King Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Glenn Warrington officiating. Burial will follow at Glenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the funeral service.
Survivors include her two daughters, Connie Lynn Steed of Louise and Leslie Hodnett of Anguilla; son, Charles Heath Steed of Anguilla; four grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Abbott Hodnett, Tripp Sandifer, Randy Clarkson, Austin Steed, James Fitzhugh and Phillip Clarkson.
