Attorney General Lynn Fitch announced the sentencing of Terrance Allan Green, 46, of Biloxi, Mississippi, for one count of possession of child sexual abuse material. This case was investigated by the Mississippi Attorney General's Office and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), with assistance from the Biloxi Police Department. It was prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Mississippi.
"Predators who seek to exploit children in Mississippi will not go unpunished
and my office is committed to holding these individuals accountable," said Attorney General Lynn Fitch. "I am grateful to our partners at the FBI and the U.S. Attorney's Office for their work to secure this sentence. Together, we are making Mississippi a safer place for everyone."
On March 6, 2026, U.S. District Court Chief Judge Sul Ozerden sentenced Green to 10 years in the custody of the Federal Bureau of Prisons, with lifetime supervised release. Green was ordered to pay $15,000 in restitution and $3,000 in fees. He is already registered as a sex offender. Green’s arrest and sentencing resulted from the same 2025 undercover operation initiated by the Attorney General’s Office as last month’s sentencing of Steven Dessino.
