Dorothy Ann Roberts Hatchett, affectionately known as "Dot" to her friends and family, died on February 20, 2015, surrounded by family at her son Richard's home in Daphne, Alabama. She was 87 years old, and had been a long-time resident of Yazoo City and Yazoo County, Mississippi, having lived there since 1945.
