Patricia Ann Perry went home to be with her Lord and Savior on May 19, 2022.
Pat was born in Louisville, MS on August 3, 1948. On June 19, 1981, she married the love of her life, Lee Carrell Perry, Sr. During their almost 41-year marriage, Pat and Carrell settled down and called Flora home. They have four children, eight grandchildren, and four great grandchildren and loved spoiling them. Pat was employed by Engle, Inc. for over 30 years and McGraw Gotta Go for 22 years. She was a hard worker and the best employee around. She could often be found in the kitchen whipping up a batch sausage balls, chicken and dumplings or fried chicken.
Pat is preceded in death by her parents, Commie Wilson Goodin and Lizzie Bell Butler; her sisters, Kathleen Robertson and Mary Jane Soufi; and brothers, Bruce Goodin, Gene Goodin and Bennie Goodin.
She will be missed by her children, Lee Perry (Loretta), Sonja Stubbs (John), Leslie Creel (Jace) and Stephanie Yarbrough (Jason); her grandchildren, Kylee Creel, Baylor Creel, Brecken Yarbrough, Jordan Yarbrough, Sheena Webber (Kelly), William Perry, Jacob Perry, Caitlin Perry (Travis); her great grandchildren; her sister, Nita McAdory (Paul); and brothers Ricky Goodin (Clara) and Paul Goodin; and many, many nieces and nephews and extended family.
Pat’s celebration of life will begin with visitation at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 21, with the memorial service at 11:00 am at First Baptist Church, Flora, MS. under the direction of Stricklin King Funeral Home of Yazoo City.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Lions Club of Jackson.
