Carter Michael “Mike” Maranto, 62, of Holly Bluff passed away Wednesday July 5, 2017 at Baptist Medical Center Yazoo. Mike was self employed and of the Catholic Faith.
Survivors include his wife; Ann Wyatt Maranto, son: Carter Maranto both of Yazoo City, daughter; Melissa “Missy” Maranto (Clint) of Vicksburg, grandchildren Audrey Johnson, Marley Johnson, & Dylan Johnson, brothers; Norman (Joyce Maranto of Amory, MS & Willie (Nancy) Maranto of Anguilla, sisters; Lady (Richard) Hamlin of Greenville, MS, Martha (Keith) Dempsey of Orofino, ID, Mary (Will) Dickson of Memphis, & Lottie (Donald) Durst of Anguilla.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents; John & Beulah Derrickson Maranto & brother; Johnny Boy
Visitation will start at 11:00 A.M. Saturday July 8th until the 12:00 P.M. Memorial service at Stricklin-King Funeral Home officiated by Rev. Grover Greer & Rev. Norman
Pallbearers are; William Davidson, George Reed Davidson, Charles Durst, Donald O. “Don” Durst, III, William Hatchett “Cheet” Maranto, Smith Stoner, Hays Tidmore, & Tanner
