Jimmy Clifton Woods, 76, of Yazoo City passed away Friday, April 5, 2019 at his residence.
Mr. Woods worked in Highway Maintenance for The Mississippi Department of Transportation and was a member of Scotland Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Judith Woods; sister, Ramona Jean Ellis of Memphis; and a nephew, Kevin Ellis of Benton.
The Family will have a memorial service at a later date.
