Harry Chapman Sr. was born on June 12, 1936 in Yazoo County to Harry G.Chapman and Bennie Lewis Chapman.
Mr. Chapman was born into a family of nine brothers and sisters with him being the last to pass on April 25, 2020 at age 83.
He is survived by his children, Jenny, Lisa, Harry “Bucky” Jr. and Angie; and his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Harry’s wish was to be cremated, and hopefully there will be a celebration of life at a later date.
He spent a lifetime hunting and fishing and loving the outdoors. He worked in carpentry, the oil field and retired as an electrical lineman. He was a member of many national organizations, including the John Birch Society. He was a life member of the National Rifle Association and was a strong supporter of the NRA Golden Eagles, the Second Amendment Foundation, and the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms. He was also a supporter of Hillsdale College, Judicial Watch, the Heritage Foundation, IBEW and others.
