Virginia Smith, 85, of Bentonia, passed away on May 5, 2025 at the University Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held on May 10 at Franklin Baptist Church at noon under the direction of Stricklin King Funeral Home.
Survivors include her three sons, David (Dana) Peden of Bentonia, Joseph Warren of Minter City and Timothy Peden of Bentonia; brother, Miles Peden of Flora; sister, Betty Howell of Flora; nine grandchildren; and a host of great grandchildren.
