Yazoo County 4-H member Kali Cotten of Yazoo City has been selected to attend the National 4-H Congress in Atlanta, Georgia, on November 24 through 28, 2017. Delegates to the National 4-H are selected through competitions and other means within their respective state 4-H programs.
