During the Central Mississippi Planning and Development District Board of Directors meeting, 21 individuals were appointed to serve for two years on the Aging Advisory Committee.
Local appointees included Lula Starling and Joe Smith.
They were nominated by local, city and county officials to represent Yazoo County.
