MA falls to 0-2 after loss

The Manchester Academy Mavericks fell to 0-2 after falling to Carroll Academy last Friday.
Offensively, the Mavericks were led by Joseph Beidleman who had 20 carries for 67 yards and one reception for 30 yards. He was also the leading tackler with 12 tackles.

Lady Mavs sweep double header

Manchester Academy swept a double header with Central Holmes last week with a 14-6 win in the opener and a 15-8 victory in game two.
Aubree Walton went 4-for-4 with four singles and three RBI to lead the Lady Mavericks at the plate in game one.
The Lady Mavericks were strong throughout the lineup with the team racking up 19 hits.

Columbus Christian routs Rebels 54-34

Putting 34 points on the scoreboard of a football game is normally enough for a victory. Unfortunately for the Benton Academy Raiders, that was not the case this past Friday night as 34 would not be enough in their 54-34 loss to Columbus Christian.
Benton falls to 0-2 on the season with the loss.
