McCullum earns NWCC honor

The Vice President's List for the Spring 2024 semester at Northwest Mississippi Community College has been released by college officials.
Aniya Mccullum of Yazoo City was one of the 333 full-time students who completed the semester with a grade point average of 3.5 to 3.74.

Local students awarded Mrs. Leola Dillard Memorial Scholarship

Blakes joins Alpha Comp.

PFC Tikevia Blakes, a Yazoo City High School graduate of 2023, recently joined the Alpha Company 31st in Missouri with the Engineer Battalion. She intends to attend Mississippi State University in the fall and become a specialist in the United States Army. She is the daughter of Ida Willis of Yazoo City.
