Notice of intent to apply for Housing Preservation Grant

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

Notice is hereby given that YCHA Development I, LP DBA Magnolia Crossing will apply to The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)’s Rural Development for a Housing Preservation Grant in its 2021 funding cycle.

If awarded, YCHA Development I, LP will use the funds to complete rehabilitation projects at Magnolia Crossing. Interested parties can view a statement of

activities at the following location: 941 Calhoun Avenue, Yazoo City, MS 39194.
