William Donald “Donnie” Rogers, 37, of Yazoo City passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2017 in Brookhaven, Mississippi.
Visitation is Friday, July 21 from 1-2 p.m. at Stricklin-King Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at the Stricklin-King Chapel at 2 p.m. with Rev. Richard Jennings officiating.
Mr. Rogers was born March 23, 1980 in Hollandale to Clenton Ray and Christine Chaney Rogers. He worked as a handyman and was a Baptist.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents; Clenton Ray and Mary J. Rogers Sr.; and maternal grandparents, W. I. and Evelyn Chaney
Survivors include his parents, Chris and Clenton Ray Rogers Jr. of Yazoo City; sons, Jordan Rogers of Florala, Ala., Kobe Rogers Will Rogers, both of Yazoo City; daughters, Hanna Rogers of Texas and Aaliyah Rogers of Yazoo City; brothers, Scotty Williams and David Rogers of Yazoo City; sister, Tina Rogers of Yazoo City; and a host of nieces, nephews and uncles.
