Funeral Services for William Kelly "Will" Rutherford, 29, of Yazoo City who passed away doing what he enjoyed most, fishing, on May 10, 2017 at Fort Lauderdale, Fla., will be Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Stricklin King Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will follow at Bethany Cemetery in Yazoo County. Rev. Tommy Gandy will officiate. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 16, 2017 from 5- p.m. at Stricklin King Chapel.
Mr. Rutherford born July 30, 1987 in Yazoo City. He was a lineman and a Baptist.
Survivors include his Father; Kelly W. Rutherford and step-mother Kelly Rutherford of Plantersville, Alabama; mother, Abbie Ruth Gober of Louisiana; Sisters; Jessica Megan Rutherford, and Anna K Gober also of Louisiana; step-sister, Krystle Clark of Phoenix City; step-brother, Dustin Swearingen of Plantersville, Alabama; maternal grandmother; Janell Gober of Louisiana, paternal great-grandmother; Iva Lee Rutherford of Madison; four daughters; Allisa and Remington Rutherford (daughters of Crystal Platt) of Texas, MacKenzie Rutherford (daughter Wendy Dunn) of Yazoo City, and Eliza Rutherford (daughter of Nicole Snipes) of Georgia, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles and his family and friends. .
Stricklin-King Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
Serving as pallbearers are Justin Perkins, Jaydan Perkins, Dustin Swearingen, Jason Perkins, Austin Rutherford and Jacob Atchinson.
