Wendell C. “Bubba” Davis, 70, died July 6, 2016 in Katy, Texas. Funeral services were 2 pm Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at Durant United Methodist Church in Durant, MS. Burial in Malone Cemetery in Lexington.
Mr. Davis was retired from Shell Oil Company after 30 years of employment. He served with the Yazoo City National Guard.
Survivors are wife, Peggy L. Davis; son, Wendell Chadwick Davis (Stacey) of Katy, TX; daughter, Nikki Davis of Katy, TX; brothers, James Grady Davis of Madison, Billy Joe Davis of Midway and Clayton Davis of Yazoo City; sisters, Dorothy Malone of Waco, TX, Carol Domino of Midnight and Gail Hamilton of Leakesville and 2 grandchildren.
