Thelma Mae “Peaches” Governale, 93, of Yazoo City passed away Monday, December 12, 2016 at The Martha Coker Green Houses.
Services will be at Stricklin-King Funeral Home Friday, December 16 with visitation starting at 9 a.m. until the 10 a.m. service. Burial will follow in Cypress Gardens Cemetery in Yazoo City.
She was a teacher.
Survivors are her son; Charles “Vince” Governale of Yazoo City; daughters, Ginger Hoffmaster of Brenham, Texas, and Brenda Slaughter of Gilgore, Texas; sisters, Mildred Knott of Pasco, WA, and Minnie Grace Coleman of Yazoo City; five grandchildren and two great -grandchildren.
