John Tyler Lucas, 24, died April 4, 2020.
A private family memorial service will be held on April 10.
Mr. Lucas was born August 12, 1995 in Clay County. He was a technician for Comfort Tech and a Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, Marla S. Lucas of Bentonia; daughter, Lena Briar Lucas of Bentonia; father, John Lucas (Sherry) of Chunky; mother, Christina Stewart (Thomas) of Benton; four step-sisters, Ashley Reeves of Ft. Mitchell, Ala., Jessica Reeves of Seale, Ala., Lauren Smith (Elliot) of Madison and Sheree Farmer (Ryan) of Benton; in-laws, Bryan and Reshawn Saxton of Bentonia; paternal grandfather, Paul Lucas of Ackerman; and his paternal grandmother, Rebecca Waldron of Benton.
