Richard Michael "Jace" Crimm of Louise, MS went to be with the Lord on May 16, 2024, at the age of 57 in his home surrounded by his loved ones.
Jace was a man larger than life who loved his family and friends like Jesus loves his children. Forever smiling, "Jungle" Jace was as much at home on the river as he was in his own bed. He was a master fisherman with both pole and net, an incredible cook in and outdoors, a surprisingly excellent dancer, a gifted singer and guitar player, and an expert marksman to distances exceeding a mile. As a testament to his strong will and meticulous nature, his beloved old gray 'Yota still runs solely due to his stubbornness and dedication. He never met a stranger in his time on earth, and he will be dearly missed by the thousands of lives he touched.
Jace is survived by his spouse Tracy Trammell Crimm; his children Dalton (Alexandra) Crimm, Caitlin (Garret) McClellan, Ashleigh (Jude) Frey, and Matt (Laura) King; his grandchildren Anna Rilee, Prather, Brielynne, Kemper, Creely, Rylan, Emma Kate, Ruthie Kate, and Grayson; his brothers Travis (Dianna) Crimm, and Jim (Lauren) Crimm; and many dearly loved nieces and newphews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Freddie Ruth and Travis Eugene Crimm.
A celebration of Jace's life will be held on Sunday, May 19th, from 2-3pm at Louise Methodist Church with a memorial service to follow.
The family would like to offer a special thanks to Adoration Hospice and specifically to Lacey Bowman and Stephanie Paul for the care and compassion they showed Jace.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to:
Southern Outdoors Unlimited, an organization dedicated to introducing children with disabilities to the great outdoors.

2 Corinthians 4:16-18 - For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.
