Webster Ivo Strickland, 75, of Yazoo City passed away Monday August 10, 2020 at St Dominic Jackson Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Parkview Church of God. Ivo worked in construction, formerly employed as Yazoo County Road Foreman, and Owner / Operator of Strickland Rentals.
Survivors include his wife; Lynn Bates Strickland, daughter; Deb (Randy) Saxton and son Chad Strickland all of Yazoo City, 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and sister; Veronica Strickland of Jackson.
Services will be conducted Thursday August 13th at Parkview Church of God on Highway 16E followed by internment in Glenwood Cemetery in Yazoo City with Rev. Ken Lynch officiating.
Visitation will be at Parkview Church beginning at 10:00 A.M.
The family has entrusted Stricklin-King Funeral Home with the arrangements.
Serving as pallbearers are; David Carpenter, Jason Dew, Billy Guthrie, Tommy Peaster, Chad Chester, and Andrew Walsh. Honorary pallbearers are; Jimmy Druey, Sr., Bubba Dew, Billy Brewer, and John Hines.
