Charles Edwin Fulgham Jr., 71, of Yazoo City died suddenly at home on December 27th.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, December 30th at 2:00 pm at Glenwood Cemetery in Yazoo City under the direction of Stricklin King Funeral Home with the Rev.Glenn Warrington officiating.
Edwin was born in Copiah County on August 19, 1951, to Charles Edwin Fulgham Sr. and Juanita Waltman Fulgham who preceded him in death.
Edwin was educated in the Yazoo City school system and graduated from Holmes Junior College. A retired painter, Edwin was a scratch golfer winning many local titles over the years. He was an avid outdoorsman and hunter and took great joy in nature. His final moments were spent feeding the many deer around his home.
He is survived by his devoted wife Mona, his son Charles Edwin Fulgham III of Yazoo City; daughter Mary Lauren (Matt) Howard and their children, Sarah Presley, Avery, Elise, and Britton of Greenwood; daughter Meryl Allen and her children Shane Preston, Marley, and Layla Allen of Kosciusko; and stepson Jay (Angie) Holland and children Tessie, Tripp, and Lakelynn Holland of Ocean Springs.
His is also survived by his brother Michael (Angelique) Fulgham and sister Gloria Fulgham all of Yazoo City, and his three aunts, three nieces and their families, and numerous cousins.
