Edward L. Purvis, 51, of Inverness died Dec. 22, 2016 at South Sunflower Community Hospital in Indianola.
No memorial services will be held per Mr. Purvis’ request.
Mr. Purvis was born April 1, 1965 in Yazoo County to Edward Sr. and Keiko Purvis. He was a pharmacist and a Baptist.
Survivors include his parents, Edward and Keiko Purvis of Yazoo City; and his brother, Robert Y. Purvis (Crystal) of Murfreesboro, Tenn.
