DOT MANOR
Doris Jane “Dot” Manor, 69, died Jan. 16, 2016 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland.
Visitation is Tuesday from 5-7 p.m. at Stricklin-King Funeral Home.
Funeral services are Wednesday, Jan. 20 at 2 p.m. at the Stricklin-King Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Fletcher’s Chapel Cemetery.
Mrs. Manor was born March 18, 1946 in Yazoo County to Joe Powell Manor and Margaret Ashley Manor. She was a retired bank teller for Regions Bank and a member of Bentonia Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Elizabeth Ann Carter; and a brother, Joe Powell.
Survivors include her son, Powell Saxton (Lesley) of Bentonia; sister, Patricia Taylor (Smith) of Yazoo City; and four grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers are Paul Carter, Scott Clark, Michael Clark, Shannon Clark and Eric Snow
