An accused dog thief was arrested on Thanksgiving after he exposed himself to a local hospital worker.
Issac Cowans was charged with indecent exposure, stealing dogs and automobile burglary.
Cpt. William Nevels, with the Yazoo City Police Department, said officers arrested Cowan after it was reported that he exposed himself to a clerk at the Baptist Medical Center Yazoo.
“After he was arrested, it was discovered that he had two warrants for his arrest,” Nevels said.
Those warrants included charges for stealing dogs and automobile burglaries.
