Two suspects have been charged with the murder of Yazoo native Stephen Matory.
XaJavier King, 19, is charged with murder and aggravated assault. King is charged with shooting Matory at Summer Park Apartments on June 18.
Chaela Edwards, 18, has been charged by the Jackson Police Department with accessory after the fact tor murder.
Matory, 24, was a former star athlete at Yazoo County High School who was serving in the National Guard.
Investigators believe Matory was a innocent bystander when he was killed.
