Notice is hereby given that Henry, Barbour, DeCell & Bridgforth, LTD will receive sealed bids until 5:00 P.M., Thursday, January 14, 2021,for the following: Building located at 888 Hwy. 16, Holly Bluff, Mississippi consisting of 1,430 square feet located on 0.34 acres, more or less and includes all furniture, fixtures and equipment located within the building (former BankPlus branch). The building, furniture, fixtures and equipment will be sold “as-is, where is”. The high bidder will be required to make a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the bid amount within three (3) business days after they are notified they are the high bidder.
The high bidder will pay the balance of the purchase price in cash or certified funds no later than January 29, 2021.
ONE BID SHOULD BE SUBMITTED FOR LAND, BUILDING AND FURNISHINGS
CLOSING WILL BE HELD NO LATER THAN JANUARY 29, 2021.
