Hillcrest Baptist Church of Yazoo City welcomes its newest staff member, Benjamin Dixon.
Benjamin serves as their Pastor of Student Ministries and Associate Pastor. He will graduate with his B.A. in Biblical Studies from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in May of 2017 and plans to continue his education.
Ben is an avid health nut and enjoys lifting weights in his spare time. He loves the sport of Track and Field and actually started his college career as a sprinter for the Mississippi College Choctaws. Also, he is an accomplished drummer and loves using his talents for the Lord.
Ben is married to Taylor Masson Dixon, a native of New Orleans. Taylor holds a degree in Physics Engineering from Mississippi College and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in education. She is a math teacher and cross country track coach at Jackson Prep.
Both Ben and Taylor have a passionate love for God and desire to help young people grow in their spiritual walk.
